S.E. SALES PRIVATE LIMITED (Kaavya Incense) strives to deliver products purchased from https://kaavyastore.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Delivery charges as applicable may be charged for your orders.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details. Kindly note that the AWB (delivery tracking codes) might take time from the courier end to get updated, although the package could have been picked up by the courier.

Delivery

S.E. SALES PRIVATE LIMITED processes all deliveries through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post’s Book Post / Speed Post / Parcel service.

Standard delivery timelines are as follows:
We ship within 2 working days for deliveries in India.
Estimated time of delivery may vary from 2–7 working days to all areas serviced by reputed couriers.
For other areas, orders will be sent by India Post’s Book Post / Speed Post / Parcel service, which may take 1–2 weeks depending on the location and the delivery policy of India Post.
Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

For Custom Incense products, due to their made-to-order nature, we may need 7–10 days for shipping the products from our warehouse. Courier transit time at actuals would be additional.

Kaavya Incense products are made-to-order, so we require 7–10 days for shipping from our warehouse. Products will be dispatched via our trucks through our depots, with delivery handled by our in-house team. As we do not use third-party logistics services for this product, tracking numbers will not be provided, but a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

You are required to provide proper and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order on https://kaavyastore.com. Once the products are shipped or out for delivery, you shall not change, modify, edit, or vary the shipping address.

In case of incorrect shipping information, the product will be returned to us by the delivering partner/courier service. In such cases, at our sole discretion, a coupon code or store credit will be provided to you.

S.E. SALES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or claim due to incorrect shipping information provided by you at the time of placing the order.
